One to One Private Yoga Sessions
suitable for those who are...........
- recovering from an injury or accident
- seeking another approach to healing from an illness
- suffering from stress or anxiety
- pregnant or post natal and unable to attend a regular class
- would like personal tuition rather than join a class
Each session lasts approximately 1 hour and will involve me taking a brief health history and a wish list for outcomes. I will then teach you some specific yoga poses and breathing exercises to assist you. You will then receive a written record of our session including handouts and video links (if needed) to enable you to practice at home, together with some complementary therapy, dietary or remedy advice if appropriate.
Private sessions take place in my beautiful new bespoke Yoga Studio with FAR Infra Red Heating. I have mats, bolsters, blocks, yoga belts and all the bits and bobs you need!
