 Over the course of 10 Weeks we look at the 8 different types of yoga poses and their benefits:

Standing Poses ~ Forward Bends ~ Backward Bends ~ Balances ~ Twists ~ Hip Openers ~ Core Strengtheners ~ Inversions

We also look at the two main styles of yoga – Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga and learn breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

Each Class is $6 and downloadable via the on-line learning platform
