Sessions are between 60 and 120 mins and can be a one off taster session or may lead onto a series of beginners classes before work, during lunchtime or after work or a regular fortnightly or monthly feature as part of your Corporate Wellbeing Programme.
WELLBEING CONFERENCES – allow myself and a team of expert therapists/teachers to organise a Wellbeing Day where everyone gets to experience as many workshops as they want and learn about how to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.
