  • would like personal tuition rather than join a class

Each yoga session lasts approximately 1 hour and will involve me taking a brief health history and a wish list for outcomes. I will then teach you some specific yoga poses and breathing exercises to assist you. You will then receive a written record of our session including handouts and video links (if needed) to enable you to practice at home, together with some complementary therapy, dietary or remedy advice if appropriate.

PLEASE NOTE THE STUDIO IS CURRENTLY OFFICIALLY CLOSED From 4TH JANUARY 2021 we will be operating Yoga Classes , One to One Sessions, Workshops and Corporate Classes via Zoom only until the current Lockdown ends!
