Each yoga session lasts approximately 1 hour and will involve me taking a brief health history and a wish list for outcomes. I will then teach you some specific yoga poses and breathing exercises to assist you. You will then, if needed, receive a written record of our session including handouts and video links to enable you to practice at home, together with some complementary therapy, dietary or remedy advice if appropriate.
PRIVATE ONE TO ONE SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN MY STUDIO. I will need you to fill out a Health Questionnaire before the first session please.
