Eventually we learn to listen to our bodies and the important messages they give us. Taking time out for yourself and be supported in creating a practice of this will have a profound effect on your health and wellbeing

What to expect
- Come along with an open mind and an open heart and a willingness to listen to your body and its innate wisdom. All equipment provided and follow up resources and after care available.
- Wear loose comfy clothes in layers and bring a bottle of water
- You will be asked to complete a Health Registration Form before the first session.
- Dates and times are very flexible depending on the teacher’s schedule so please do message if there is not a suitable time available for you initially.
