  • with a health challenge or injury they would like to explore an alternative approach towards healing.

  • looking to increase your knowledge on all things holistic and complementary to improve your overall wellbeing – physically, energetically and emotionally.
  • who feel more relaxed learning in a one-to-one environment with private guidance (available for up to 2 persons in one session).

6 x 1-hour sessions designed to give you the tools and techniques to bring about a transformation in your health and wellbeing.

Enabling you to take responsibility for your own health and wellness –
Information on optimising your physical and mental strength, flexibility & resilience together with your Respiratory, Immune, Lymphatic, Digestive and Endocrine Systems. Includes Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Native Remedies and much more (available for up to 2 persons in one session).

What to expect

  • Come along with an open mind and an open heart and a willingness to listen to your body and its innate wisdom. All equipment provided and follow up resources and after care available.
  • Wear loose comfy clothes in layers and bring a bottle of water
  • You will be asked to complete a Health Registration Form before the first session.
  • Dates and times are very flexible depending on the teacher’s schedule so please do message if there is not a suitable time available for you initially.
