MOAT HOUSE STUDIO CLASSES 

During the madness of Covid we were forced into teaching online. I know that some teachers have continued this but for me personally it will never come close to teaching or attending in person. We are social animals and you will gain many more benefits from attending a class in person. if of course, you feel more comfortable being in your own home, then please do contact me and I will see what I can do. 

Classes are available to book online via the B Sport App or Website (see link below) Booking closes 10 minutes before the class starts please! Please check you book the correct class – they are all the same price

THE ST JOHN’S CENTRE CLASSES  These take place in their beautiful hall in St John’s Street,  Bury St Edmunds. You can book via my website as usual. All class attendees are entitled to a 10% discount in the lovely Old School Cafe also in the centre. Directions etc here

THE SELF CENTRE CLASSES/WORKSHOPS A place still very close to my heart that I am very proud of creating. These take place in Studio 2 at The Self Centre, Kempson Way, Bury St Edmunds and need to be booked via their website here
