In a previous life I was a GP Sales Rep selling Antibiotics, Antivirals and NSAID's on behalf of a Pharmaceutical Company. This gave me an insight into how Drugs and Surgery are often the only option you are given when you fall into a state of "dis-ease". I am a great believer in modern medicine for trauma and acute conditions. However, I also feel that Pharmaceutical Drugs and Surgery should only be considered as a last resort as most Dis-ease is caused by Lifestyle & our reaction to Stress. In the USA for instance the 3rd leading cause of death after Heart Disease and Cancer is Pharmaceutical Drugs mismanagement. There are many ancient and now well researched modalities of healing that allow the body to use it's innate capacity and it's amazing Immune System that will often bring about a return to Homeostasis naturally.
I am constantly reading and researching the latest evidence on what causes Dis-ease and what healing modalities have proven successful. Here are some articles I have written for the local press over the last few years.
