Sanda, and Qin Na. I have also been to India and have a 200 hour Certificate in Hatha & Vinyasa Flow Yoga. I have developed a deep understanding of both external and internal martial arts and yoga, blending power, technique, breathwork  and mindfulness. I am passionate about sharing this knowledge to help others grow through the transformative practices of Chinese martial arts and Yoga.

Men’s Resilience Yoga Class

 This is a special class designed for Men who have always wanted to try Yoga but never dared! Covering traditional Hatha Yoga poses to develop both strength and flexibility. Includes breath work and meditation and as Ben is also a Kung Fu Master there are options to incorporate other wonderful practices. Aimed at Men 40+ but all welcome, especially Beginners.

Alchemy Yoga

This class will follow a 4 week rotation of Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Qi Gong. It is designed to introduce beginners into different yoga styles (and a little bit of Qi Gong too). Each class will have balancing exercises as well as breathing exercises and will focus on opening up the body as well as strengthening the muscles. All are welcome.
